Eden Scott Board Appointments Eden Scott Board Appointments 25 Apr 2014 Three new Directors have been appointed at Eden Scott. Moving up are James Milne, Lindsey Boxall and Andrew Ferguson. The three new Directors will join Co-Founders Guy Martin, Chris Logue and Michelle Lownie on the Board. James Milne, Managing Director of the Oil and Gas business has a broader role in which he manages all Technical and Energy teams across the business. Lindsey Boxall, previously Divisional Manager of AccountancyFinance and Financial Services across the Central Belt joins the Board and is now formally responsible for internal operational matters; such as legal and HR. Andrew Ferguson, who leads the Oil and Gas commercial team in Aberdeen also joins the board to build and strengthen Eden Scott's International Finance proposition. In 2013 Eden Scott officially transitioned into a medium sized business and with over 75 consultants, Eden Scott is one of the largest independent recruitment businesses in Scotland, and depends upon the right people at the top to drive the company forward. Co-Founder and Director, Guy Martin, said: “These appointments signify the commitment the business has to home-grown talent. The new Directors have each developed teams of industry leading recruitment consultants, as well as helping generate in excess of £15 million turnover in 2013-2014, our most successful year in the company’s 11 year history. “The business’s turnover has increased 30% in the last two years, and we continue to maintain our strong financial market position.  I am confident that James, Lindsey and Andrew will augment this high level of performance in Scotland, as well as building upon our presence in the wider UK and overseas markets.”
